Convention Coordinator - Texas Junior State
As convention coordinator, I have had the privilege of speaking with JSAers from all backgrounds on a variety of issues that matter to them. I have worked to create agendas that are well-organized and engaging, and I have extensive experience speaking with all JSAers to do so. From chapter conferences to state conventions to Winter Congress, I have had the pleasure of working hard to bring YOU a great convention experience. Through this position, I have had extraordinary insight into all aspects of JSA, helping to organize debates, manage convention fundraising, and coordinate activism projects at conventions. These are the experiences I will fully utilize to advance Texas JSA if I am elected.

Montezuma Leadership Summit - Texas Delegation Member
Our current governor selected me to attend JSA's famed Montezuma Leadership Summit in Los Gatos, California last summer. At this unique and insightful program, I was exposed to the remarkable history behind JSA and the true significance of what we stand for. Here, all ten JSA governors walked us through the various aspects of JSA and how to improve the JSA experience on all levels, from the smallest chapters to entire states.

Chapter President - The Woodlands College Park High School
Every chapter president is constantly facing a multitude of challenges. From strict school administration to chapter growth and retention to convention registration and more, chapter presidents have unmatched views into the processes and mechanics of JSA. As a chapter president, I have felt these struggles. I have seen what it takes to attract and retain members from an apathetic student body, the draining processes behind running chapter conferences and bringing a chapter to conventions, and the difficulty of creating new, fun and controversial topics of discussion at weekly or biweekly meetings. I plan to implement these experiences to streamline the work of chapter presidents and make it as easy and efficient as possible to run a successful chapter.
